a journey of faith
Our journey began with steps of faith! From a living room to the VSU campus to a warehouse to an old shopping plaza to our present location, CrossPointe Church is characterized by its willingness to go wherever God sees fit to send us! Change doesn’t scare us; disobedience does! As the hands and feet of Christ, we have grown and moved as we have needed. In our permanent new home we continue to live by faith and see further expansion as obedience to the Kingdom command to "make disciples." Even though it has been an amazing journey, we believe the best is yet to come!

Our Vision
CrossPointe Church is a CONTEMPORARY church with a CASUAL environment where people can develop an AUTHENTIC relationship with God. It is a place to discover Jesus Christ through RELEVANT messages, passionate WORSHIP and caring RELATIONSHIPS, as well as make Him known throughout the world.

Our Values
In addition to people, there are many values that are important to us! We use these values to test everything we do to ensure we are staying true to the vision Jesus has given us! We use the acronym CARE-ICU!
Compassion
We want to be people who care for others no matter their race, socioeconomic status, or their past!
Authenticity
We want to be people who are real and not fake. We are all broken people redeemed by Christ!
Relevance
We want to be people who understand today's world and show how God's Word applies!
Excellence
We want to be people who pursue God's standard!
Integrity
We want to be people of honor and truth!
Connection
We want to be people who love God and love others!
Unity
We want to be people who are bound together in Christ Jesus!

Our Mission
Here at CrossPointe, our mission is simple and clear. We are called to make disciples for Jesus! We do this by encouraging four biblical directives: Our goal is to help you CONNECT
with Jesus and the church. And we want you to GROW in your relationship with Christ as a spiritually maturing follower of Jesus. We want to see you SERVE your church, serve your city, and serve your world... all for God's glory. And finally, we want you to participate as we SEND out co-laborers, church planters, and missionaries to take the gospel to the ends of the earth.

Our Beliefs
-
What should I wear?At CrossPointe, we are a come as you are church! Most people show up very casually dressed. Bluejeans is the norm (Yay!) However, you might just catch someone wearing a coat and tie. It's all good.
-
What time do your Sunday services start?CrossPointe Valdosta 9:15am & 11am (identical services) CrossPointe Madison 10:30am
-
What can I expect from your services?WELCOME DESK We want your first impressions of CrossPointe to be welcoming and worry free. We know you are taking a step in visiting us, and we want to take a step and meet you wherever you are in life. We have a team of people who are ready to answer any of your questions as you visit CrossPointe. Join us at the welcome desk just inside the lobby! PASSIONATE WORSHIP One of the best things about gathering together as a Faith Family is that we get to worship our Savior together. Our worship team is dedicated to leading us in fixing our hearts on Jesus. This isn't a concert, this is a time to both receive encouragement from other believers and our Heavenly Father AND to give back to Him in worship! We believe that He is worthy of all the praise that we have! RELEVANT MESSAGES At CrossPointe, we believe that there is no more relevant message for us to hear than from the Word of God. Our messages are not based on opinions or even what's easy to hear, but on what God's Word has to say. But, we know that you will find that both encouraging and challenging!
-
What about my kids?DISCOVERY POINTE KIDS We at CrossPointe have a big heart for your kids and want them to grow just as much as you. We have specific rooms and lessons for all of your little ones, from your new born babies to your 5th graders. They will learn about Jesus in a clean and safe environment with a lesson that is fun and interactive!
-
What about after the service?CONNECT WITH US Before or after the service, we would love to meet you in person for a few minutes. We have two places for that. One is at our Welcome Desk in the main lobby. There, we have many volunteers who can help you figure out how you can get more connected to the church, grow in your walk or even meet some new people! Another meeting area is down front in the Worship Center after the service where you can receive prayer or just talk to one of our pastors.
